CONSULTANCY
If your laboratory requires advice in setting up stable isotope methods and Quality Control for food authentication or if require expert interpretation or opinion on your food authenticity problem, please contact Food Forensics.

TRAINING
If you have recently acquired a gas isotope analyser system or if you have new staff or students that require training in bio-element (HCNS) stable isotope analysis, on-site training can be provided. A programme of training can be tailored to meet your specific requirements including introductory lectures and wet chemical preparative techniques (e.g. separation of protein fractions from honey AOAC method 991.41)

Hands-on training in bulk and compound specific stable isotope analysis are available using state-of-the-art equipment.
