3. Prohibited uses

You may use our Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Site:

the ability to use Your Dashboard to monitor and document Out-of-Specification investigations and follow-up.

Where we provide interactive services, the accuracy and completeness of any content you enter is your responsibility.

Contributions must:

• be genuinely held (where they state opinions);

6. Suspension and termination

We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy through your use of our Site.

When a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, which may include:

• immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site;
• immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our Site;
• issue of a warning to you;
• legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
• further legal action against you;

5. Terms and Conditions for Supply of Goods and Services (Business Customers Only)

In signing up to our membership scheme, submitting samples or ordering any goods or services from Food Forensics Ltd, you agree that these Terms and Conditions for Supply of Goods and Services, together with our Terms of Website Use and any agreed quotation or order form, form the basis of the contract between your organisation and Food Forensics Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions are intended for business customers only. If you are a consumer, please contact us before placing an order so that we can provide terms appropriate to your situation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
